💚 WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 💚
Not everyone who is struggling looks like they’re struggling.
The farmer who gets up at 4am.
The businessman / woman who carries the weight of everyone’s wages.
The mum who holds the whole family together.
The teenager who smiles at school but cries behind closed doors.
The person who is always there for you but carries the world.
You never truly know what someone is carrying.
Behind every smile, every business, every family and every closed front door, there can be battles nobody else sees.
We live in a world where people are expected to keep going. To be strong. To work harder. To smile. To cope.
But sometimes, the strongest thing a person can do is admit they’re struggling.
At Westrope Butchery, we’re proud to be part of a farming community where hard work, long hours and resilience are part of everyday life. But there’s something we should never forget.
Being strong doesn’t mean suffering in silence.
Check on your friends.
Check on the ones who always seem happy.
Check on the ones who never ask for help.
And especially check on the ones who always say, “I’m fine.”
Because sometimes, those two little words hide the biggest battles.
Your mental health matters more than your job, your business, your reputation or what anyone else thinks.
And if nobody has told you lately…
We SEE you, We NEED you and we LOVE you! If you’re struggling remember Charlotte Westrope said she NEEDS you to keep fighting forward ALWAYS! You may not be winning at the moment but you WILL and if nobody else tells you, you are NEEDED, LOVED & you are ENOUGH! ❤️ The world is better place with YOU in it ❤️.
From all of us at Westrope Butchery.
