Hi everyone, 👋🏾
I’m Carl Stewart, and I’m thrilled to have recently joined as the new Store Manager at M&S Durham Arnison Centre.
Having spent 22 years in retail, I know just how important local stores are to the communities they serve. That’s why it’s such an honour to be trusted with leading your M&S store and working with our amazing colleagues to deliver the very best experience every time you visit.
Outside of work, I’m a family man who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and getting involved in the communities around our stores. I like to think I’m approachable, down-to-earth, and always willing to listen.
Your feedback is incredibly important to me. If there’s something you think we can do better, a service you’d like to see, or an idea that could improve your shopping experience, I’d genuinely love to hear from you.
Over the coming weeks, I’ll be spending plenty of time on the shop floor, so please feel free to stop me for a chat and introduce yourself.
