** One week to go **

We are feeling very excited to see the return of some sunshine with one week to go to North Nibley Wine Fest!

Come along and have a chilled afternoon in a local vineyard. Try wine from North Nibley’s Road Green Vineyard and Doverte Brook. When you have found the one (or two!) that you like, then buy yourself a glass or a bottle and take a seat in the beautiful Waterley Bottom valley.

Then at 2pm how about taking a walking tour to see and hear about the newest village vineyard, Breakheart Hill.

Need a little break from wine and fancy a hot drink and a bit of delicious cake? We have that covered too with North Nibley’s T and Cakes.

It’s set to be a lovely relaxed afternoon of wine. We look forward to seeing you there.

** Walking Vineyard Tour **

Just over 2 weeks to go!

As part of North Nibley Wine Fest on Saturday 20 June there will be an opportunity to go for a walk to see another of the North Nibley vineyards and hear from the owner all about their vines. So buy yourself a glass of wine and head to the meeting point at Doverte Brook at 2pm. From there you will be guided on a tour with one of our resident vineyard owners.

Come and sample the wine from North Nibley’s vineyards - Road Green Vineyard, Doverte Brook, and Little Pinnolds. Come meet the vineyard owners, including owner of the newest vineyard on the block, Breakheart Hill.

Taste some wine, and then buy yourself a glass or 2 (or bottle!) and find a seat with friends overlooking the vineyard and the beautiful valley. A chilled summer afternoon with great local wine. What could be better!

This was a lot of fun last summer. We are back for a second year with all the other wonderful North Nibley vineyards … we are the Napa Valley of Gloucestershire!! Come say hi and drink wine with us. Follow the North Nibley Wine Fest page for all the details.

We can't wait to welcome Laura from Road Green Vineyard next week for a local wine tasting. You'll be guided through a selection of wines and get to taste some nibbles from Eastington Farm Shop too. Tickets are £30 and all proceeds will go towards our Connect and Nourish project. Really looking forward to this. The GL11 Community Hub is an amazing centre that provides an incredible range of community services. Come join us for this wine tasting session, with nibbles provided by Eastington farm shop, to have a fun evening and raise some funds for local community food projects.

Did you know that there's an award-winning vineyard less than 3 miles from GL11? We're thrilled that on 11 March at 6pm we'll be joined by Laura from Road Green Vineyard to talk us through a tasting of their white and sparkling wines, accompanied by nibbles from Eastington Farm Shop. Afterwards there will be an opportunity to purchase any bottles that have caught your attention. We really enjoyed the FONNs February Flowerpot Fun Trail in North Nibley today. Highly recommend it. Well done to everyone on their creations. It was a fantastic afternoon hunting for them. We were especially excited to find ‘Bride to Be’, our sponsored flowerpot. She’s a beauty!
