Gillie's Kitchen Bakes has made her Friday morning delivery, here is what’s on offer today.

Gillie's Cotswold Crunch Cob this is an artisan loaf using speciality blend of strong white flour, malted wheat flakes and malted flour. Producing a darker bread with a nutty flavour and malty aroma.

Cotswold White Batard loaves, soft white bread with a lovely crust, ideal for slicing and filling with our succulent dry cured back bacon, lettuce & tomato for a weekend brunch.

Herb Focaccia and Cheese & Herb Focaccia, great as sharing and tearing breads for a Bank holiday get-together, especially good with godsells cheese and cold meats from our deli range.

Cotswold White and 8 grain sourdough loaves lovely fresh or toasted or go well with cheese & pickle ploughman's for supper.
