Our Story

I love food and beer and want to share my passion with you. My speciality is cooking over fire and brewing small batch bespoke beers using only the best ingredients. I am available to cater for small to medium events and parties, pop up restaurants and private dining. I also do evenings at the brewhouse with beer tasting and food cooked over flames. If you want to learn about brewing I run brewing experience days, or you can come and brew your own special beer under my guidance for you own special event.
