It's almost time for the annual East Budleigh Scarecrow Festival! To help you along, Scarecrow frames - with or without heads 😉 - will be for sale again outside the village shop from 10-12 this morning (Saturday 16th May). Suggested donation £5 - cash only please.

Can't wait for the annual May Fair this bank holiday Monday! This is a wonderful family event organized by Drakes School, with a procession through the village, the crowning of the May Queen, games and food - and of course traditional Maypole dancing!
The shop is preparing for a busy day, and is stocked up with ice-creams, sweets and cold drinks!

There is a beautiful display of bluebells in the woods around East Budleigh this year! We have so many great walks leading through the village. Why not enjoy the sunshine, and stop off for a sandwich, ice-cream or drink on your way!
