I won't take a photo after the imodium powder is sprinkled over this beautiful dish or it would ruin it. It does, however mean I can eat it tho!

To me, this looks absolutely divine!

Potato wedges double cooked
SautΓ© new potatoes
Sweetcorn (limit amounts of these as they are high in Fodmaps)
Broccoli
Beetroot
Mixed salad leaves
Drizzled in balsamic glaze

And no houmous! For once! It was so nice looking, it didn't need it!

Veganism, I loved you, however my digestive tract couldn't cope with your immense fibre content 😭

Really, really enjoyed the experience of tasting so many meat substitutes though.

Attempt number 3,000,000 to help manage my horrendous stomach issues!

Low Fodmap whole foods plant based diet here I come πŸ₯΄ I cannot go on living off of 2 imodium and 3 mabeverine 3 every day so I'm going to try this!

I really need to watch the protein intake though! Many years ago I failed as a vegetarian with pains in my legs due to lack of protein and my most recent experience of not enough protein with the swelling of the legs! So this time I'm using MyFitness Pal to input all the foods. Low Fodmaps means I can't have the protein shake I use so I'm trying tofu and some other foods πŸ™

Skeptical but I'm happy to try for 28 days.

Wish me and my gut luck 🀞

Tofu fried in a bit of seasoning (fodmap safe)
