This beautiful setup was created to bring people together, encouraging guests to graze, chat, celebrate and enjoy themselves at their own pace.

Packed with artisan cheeses, charcuterie, fresh fruits, antipasti, homemade elements and carefully chosen accompaniments, every grazing table is designed to feel generous, elegant and completely bespoke to the occasion.

✨ Italian-inspired comfort with a touch of luxury ✨

There’s something timeless about a beautifully cooked fillet steak.
This dish pairs locally sourced fillet steak with a rich wild mushroom and local asparagus risotto, bringing together some of my favourite ingredients at their seasonal best.

Perfectly cooked beef, earthy mushrooms, tender local asparagus and a creamy risotto that’s been slowly stirred to achieve that silky, indulgent finish. Simple ingredients, carefully prepared and allowed to shine.

When creating private dining menus, I love combining local produce with classic flavours and techniques to create dishes that feel both comforting and special.

Because great food doesn’t need to be complicated. It simply needs quality ingredients, thoughtful preparation and a table full of people to enjoy it with.

Sometimes the simplest combinations create the most memorable dishes ✨

Crisp-skinned duck, perfectly cooked and served with a refreshing cucumber and spring onion salad, finished with a rich hoisin dressing.

This starter is all about balance.

The richness of the duck, the freshness of the cucumber, the gentle bite of spring onion and the sweet savoury depth of the hoisin come together to create a dish that feels elegant whilst allowing the ingredients to speak for themselves.

When designing menus, I always look for contrast and harmony on the plate. Every course should leave guests excited for what’s coming next, whilst standing beautifully in its own right.

This dish recently featured as the opening course of a private dining menu and was the perfect way to begin an evening of good food, great conversation and memorable moments around the table.

There’s something undeniably special about a menu that feels both elegant and indulgent.

This week’s menu brings together classic flavours, beautiful ingredients and a touch of occasion — the kind of dining experience designed for long conversations, full glasses and memorable evenings around the table.

Pan Fried Duck

Beef Wellington
Pommes Anna, Roasted Baby Carrots, Peas & Beans, Port Jus
Celebration of Strawberries
Strawberry Meringue, Pickled Strawberries, Fresh Strawberries & Strawberry Parfait

For me, a great menu should tell a story. It should have balance, create anticipation and leave guests talking about it long after the final course has been served.

This is exactly the type of menu I love creating for intimate private dining experiences, special celebrations and occasions where the food deserves to be part of the memory.

When it comes to summer entertaining, I love taking inspiration from destinations, flavours and colours to create a dining experience that feels completely immersive.

This week, I’m dreaming of a Greek-inspired summer table — think beautiful shades of blue and yellow, abundant sharing dishes, fresh seasonal ingredients and the unmistakable scent of citrus carried on a warm breeze.

Picture a menu filled with:
🍋 Limoncello Fizz
🍋 Burrata with heritage tomatoes, basil and olive oil
🍋 Lemon Chicken Orzo
🍋 Greek-inspired salads with feta, olives and fresh herbs
🍋 Raspberry & Lemon Tiramisu
