We’re in a pickle

Good morning to our lovely followers and all of those who have supported our little business in the past year.
We have decided to take a break of at least 6 months due to health reasons, we have tried to keep our chutney business running throughout the summer but realistically this is not going to be possible,we will hopefully be back up and running in the late autumn fighting fit . This is not the end of we’re in a pickle just a bit of a pickle at the moment.

Tonight’s dinner was Home Farm Produce pork and apple burger topped with Garstang tasty Lancashire cheese on a olive oil toasted roll with tomato, sweet potato wedges and our very own pickled sweetcorn and sweet chilli jam

Chicken liver pâté served with We’re in a pickle strawberry and champagne chutney ( the sweetness of fresh strawberries, champagne and a kick of chilli)
Fillet steak from Home Farm Produce ( and the pâté ) served with dauphinois potatoes asparagus and mushrooms.

So many messages and comments this weekend about Eats_by_Evie egg custard. Mostly along the lines of best they have tasted. I have to agree it's creamy and delicious with beautiful buttery pastry.

Home farm Produce corned beef hash pasty with our very own ploughman’s pickle , went down a treat
