In the wake of the BSE crisis ostrich meat provided the answer to a healthy red meat which could be produced in the quiet countryside surrounding Gamston Wood Farm. After trading at the world famous Borough Market in London for over 16 years the decision was made to bring the focus of our activities back to our local customers. t of our business. It has become obvious there is an appetite for freshly prepared, local traditional meats, packaged and presented to the customer using modern and hygienic methods. Our licenced cutting plant is the ideal location for preparing the meats we produce & source.
