We are a mobile bakery, serving homemade patisseries, cakes, sweet and savoury muffins and croissants, as well as a variety of other lunchtime offerings. We are passionate about creating seasonal dishes that are full of variety and big on flavour, all in our newly converted vintage 1967 Citroen HVan named "Annie"
We are now trading at various events, festivals and private parties so keep an eye o

ut for regular updates on our calendar. We are proudly serving a delicious variety of "Novus" Award winning loose leaf tea's, including;

- Persian pomegranate
- Organic jasmine
- Citrus chamomile
- Egyptian mint

Our coffee is supplied by 'Roasted' coffee company in Brighton, we are currently serving "Blue mountain" blend, freshly ground to order. Everything we produce has been hand crafted within our converted HVan. We hope you love it as much as we do, come and see how beautiful she is for yourselves.

We had a great few days at the midsummer fair. It was so heartwarming to see our regulars, hear such wonderful feedback and to share our small business with you all again. Thank-you for your support, especially in these challenging times for businesses like ours 😊

• IMPORTANT REMINDERS •

Set up is in full swing and we can’t wait to welcome you to the Midwinter Fair tomorrow… ✨

We have recently been made aware of road works on the A228 near the Hop Farm, which may cause some delays. Please allow extra time for your journey and plan your route accordingly. Once you arrive, our dedicated car park team will guide you quickly and safely into the event.

Our heated, festive marquees will be warm, welcoming and full of seasonal inspiration from over 230 exhibitors. If traffic or delays mean you arrive after your allocated time slot, please don’t worry. Simply come to the Ticket Office and we will make sure you are welcomed in regardless of your time slot.

A few helpful reminders… 
• Please have your tickets ready for scanning on arrival.
• Wear suitable clothing and footwear for outdoor walkways in the carpark. (All the marquees are covered and have hard flooring).
• Follow event signage and staff directions.

*Please note that dogs are NOT permitted inside the marquees (assistance dogs excepted).
