I am a great fan of using seasonal produce! Today is Friday and I am making a dish called Undhio, a dish which uses all the wonderful seasonal produce- fresh peas, sweetcorn, new potatoes, and fresh lamb marinated with fresh spices, fresh coriander and sliw cooked, served with fresh peas pulao!
