What a day yesterday was at Blackmoor Estate’s Apple Tasting Day!

What an incredible atmosphere! It was buzzing from start to finish and it was so lovely to see so many of you stopping by to say hello, sample our products and support local producers.

Our stall was bursting with Hampshire goodness including Smoked Trout Fillets, Whole Smoked Trout, Trout Gravadlax, Cold Smoked Trout, Alresford Watercress, our delicious dressings and, of course, our ever-popular Watercress Pesto, which absolutely flew off the shelves!

A little love for our Watercress Pesto!

Made with no preservatives and a wonderfully simple list of ingredients, our pesto celebrates some fantastic local producers:

Alresford Watercress, Two & One Olive Oil, Lyburn Old Wi******er Cheese, Sunflower Seeds, Isle of Wight Garlic, Salt and Pepper.

A fabulous line-up, we’re sure you’ll agree! And it’s clearly a favourite because we completely sold out!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported us. Blackmoor’s Apple Tasting Day really is a fantastic celebration of local food, community and the start of autumn.

We loved every minute and can’t wait to see you all again next year!
