First class of Saucy Thai complete! We made two of my fave dishes som tam and khao soi from scratch. And it all turned out delicious! Thank you to those who came along.

The next Thai group class is 2 June, and is also available for private booking.

NEW - Sorella, a sweet chilli sauce with hibiscus, mint, and aji limon.

A collaboration with our unit-mates .wildbrew, it's got the delicious tang of hibiscus paired with fresh mint. We used some barrel aged kombucha vinegar and roasted peppers as the base before making it nice n sweet with cane and palm sugar.

What's in a name? "Sorrell" is another common name for hibiscus, and "sorella" is Italian for sisters - James (.wildbrew) has Italian heritage and also two daughters (sisters). Sometimes these things name themselves!

Things may be a little delayed this week - I came off a scooter when it hit a pothole and bashed my head. Mostly superficial damage. Thanks to all the people that helped - the ones who stopped their car and called the ambulance, the paramedics, all the staff at Southmead Hospital ♥️

Open orders I'll be in touch tomorrow when I know more how the rest of my week will look. Still hoping to make Weston and Exmouth this weekend!
