Mango pomelo sago dessert was invented by a chef from Hong Kong for his restaurant in Singapore. Served chilled, the dessert consists of pureed mango, creamy milk, sago with bursting citrusy pulps of pomelo. This combination of flavours makes the dessert loved throughout Southeast Asia.
