A summer of beautiful venues, incredible food, thousands of miles, countless spreadsheets, questionable Scottish weather and a frankly unreasonable amount of caffeine.

Somewhere amongst the chaos, we managed to create a little magic. ✨

A huge thank you to our wonderful team, who have worked their socks off to make it all happen.

Catering in historic venues comes with a few more considerations. From working around limited space and difficult access to protecting original features and adapting menus to suit the building, there’s plenty that happens behind the scenes that guests may never notice.

In our latest Q&A, Blythe talks about what it takes to cater in historic Scottish venues, and why understanding and respecting the space is such an important part of the job.

In Scotland, we’re spoilt when it comes to good produce – from seafood and game to beef, lamb and dairy. And when we buy locally, we’re not only getting great ingredients - we’re helping good businesses, skills and relationships to thrive.

We work with independent suppliers wherever we can. We like knowing who we’re buying from, building great relationships and, of course, putting their brilliant produce to good use.

Good food tastes even better when you know where it came from (and who helped get it there).

From ch*****ne or bespoke cocktails, to the wines served alongside dinner, we put just as much thought and care into every drink pairing as we do our menus.

Working with our clients from day one to create just the right food and drink offer, no detail is too small or too personal. While we probably can’t recreate the unknown cocktail you had at sunset in Barbados on the day you got engaged exactly as you remember it, we’ll sure give it a go! Although we can’t guarantee the weather, we guarantee we will nail the drinks!
