Tej Ram migrated to Assam as a teenager, starting his career in the forest department. However, his entrepreneurial spirit soon led him to establish his own whisky blending business. Honouring his legacy, we have embraced his pioneering vision to create distinctive spirits that combine the best of tradition and innovation. Tea from Dibrugarh, Assam, is a key ingredient in our blends, perfectly married with Scotland—the home of spirits and purest water. Our gin is handcrafted in small batches in the heart of Edinburgh by one of the most talented and experienced master blenders. We use only the finest botanicals, sourced carefully and sustainably, to create the world’s first Oolong-infused Chai Spiced Gin.
