Introducing SEN’s Ultimate Bánh Mì! Our Bánh Mì’s are homemade by with a satisfying crispy thin crust and airy light texture which tastes the same as what we find back home in Vietnam 🇻🇳. This is then packed with our lemongrass pork belly, homemade beef sausage, pâté, fried egg, pickled vegetables, fresh herbs and special chilli sauce. The combined vast variety of tasty flavours create an exceptional balance of a sweet, salty and spicy baguette. This will be one of the best Bánh Mì you will ever have!

We pride ourselves in bring the most authentic Bánh Mì and have spent a lot of time to develop this recipe to bring one of Vietnam’s most famous baguette to Edinburgh. Due to this we will only be selling a limited number of 20 per day and once gone its gone! 🌟Introducing our first monthly special!🌟

At SEN we will be introducing a special dish every month using the finest locally sourced ingredients to explore the wonderful foods of Vietnam.

For our first dish we have Grilled Butterfly King Prawns with a Lime & Coriander Butter Sauce. This is a popular dish in Đà Nẵng due to the close proximity to the sea where a lot of locals enjoy seafood. Paired with a crunchy and refreshing mango salad that adds texture to the dish as well as a thick and spicy Nước Chấm sauce to soak up those prawns. A dish truly ready to bring the summer on soon! 🌞

This dish will be available for a limited time only until the end of May. This is sure not one to be missed!
