Looking for a simple way to refresh your menu? 👀

Sometimes the smallest changes can make the biggest difference.

Yellow cherry tomatoes, heritage carrots and oakleaf lettuce are three great examples of ingredients that can add colour, flavour and visual appeal without reinventing the dish.

Three simple swaps. One better plate.

Some products seem to fly under the radar, despite bringing plenty to the plate.

Beetroot, pea shoots and chicory each offer something different — colour, texture, flavour and versatility.

Three ingredients that may be overlooked from time to time, but are well worth revisiting.

Stat of the Week: 34,080 🥔

That’s how many cases of 10kg baby washed potatoes we’ve purchased from Greenvale Potatoes in Duns over the past 12 months.

A versatile kitchen staple, baby potatoes continue to be a favourite with chefs thanks to their consistency, quality and ability to work across a wide range of dishes.

Behind every case is a strong partnership with one of Scotland’s leading potato growers, helping us deliver fresh, locally sourced produce to customers across the country.

Supporting Scottish growers remains a key part of our business, and we’re proud to work with suppliers such as Greenvale who share our commitment to quality and service.

A great example of why local produce matters.
We've recently started collecting cos lettuce from Greg Menzies in Perthshire, helping bring fresh Scottish produce from field to kitchen with minimal food miles.
By working closely with local growers, we're able to support Scottish agriculture while delivering fresh, high-quality produce to our customers.
Sometimes the best produce is growing right on our doorstep.

On the Watch List 👀
Ayrshire potatoes, broad beans and pea pods are all looking particularly good right now.
Seasonal, versatile and packed with menu potential, these are three products that deserve a closer look as we move further into summer.
Which one would make it onto your menu?
