It’s been a while since our last update.

Most of our time has been going into finding a new home for the shop and working through everything that comes with moving a small business. A lot of you ask us every day where we’re going and when it’s happening — we wish we could share more, but we’re still waiting for everything to be finalised before saying anything properly.

It’s been a strange process compared to hospitality, where everything moves quickly. This side of things takes time, patience, and a lot of waiting.

But we’re excited. Really excited for what’s next.

On the brighter side, our new pasta extruder has been keeping us going — testing new shapes, textures, and eating a lot more pasta than usual (quality control, of course).

Busy, a little stressed, but grateful and still making pasta every day.

Thanks for sticking with us — we’ll share more when we can.

This week has been up and down, but we made some dam good pasta!

Missed another surgery today. I blame my 30th in the past few months since I got to my 30s my health was not great but what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger!

We made some colorful pasta for this week! Semolina, beetroot, spinach and cacao pasta. Come and get some this weekend.

This week has been an absolute rollercoaster — from hospital visits to having some of the busiest days we’ve had in a long time. What a ride. ❤️

First of all, thank you to everyone who came in, checked up on me, and asked how I was doing. I’m absolutely fine — I just need a bit of time to heal properly and get back to 100%.

Definitely not the start to the week I was expecting… but it ended on a very high note. Once again, hundreds of people came through the shop, and so many of you asked where we’re moving and when. The truth is — we still don’t have the answers yet. But trust me, the second we know more, you guys will be the first to hear about it. And believe me… I’ll tease it as much as I can, so you’re all in for the ride. 👀

This week was also all about the new pasta, and honestly, the reaction has been incredible. I don’t think we’ve ever had so many people excited about a new product before.

Yes, it’s more affordable and less humanly involved than our handmade pasta, but that doesn’t mean we care any less about quality. Controlling the process, making sure the texture, flavour, and consistency are there every single time — that’s still completely on us, and we’ll make sure every batch that hits the shelves is something we’re proud of.
