Restock.
Fresh restock of Irn Bru Sweet Chilli.

Shot on a rusty girder because sometimes the brief writes itself.

It’s our best selling sauce in England, which is funny because they’re already experiencing an Irn Bru drought down there. We told them we smuggled it past Scottish border control. They seemed grateful.

Put it on chips. Put it on fried stuff. Put it near beige food and watch it improve.

Anyway. It’s sweet chilli. It tastes like Irn Bru. It’s back online.

Do what you need to do.

Hot Sauce Society 2026.

What a weekend.

Always a pleasure venturing down to Peckham for the annual Hot Sauce Society.

A great chance to catch up with fellow producers, meet some of the newer names in the scene, and take in what may have been the strongest year of Chilli Karaoke yet.

A slightly late post, but just about recovered.

We came home with an excellent haul of hot sauces too. More than enough to keep us going for the next few months.

Big thanks to Allie and Melek for putting on another brilliant weekend.

Hott. X Pelo del Perro

A salsa verde-style sauce has been a WIP for a while, and when we came across this mezcal from Pello del Pero, it felt like the missing piece.

The mezcal itself is bright and fresh on the nose - light smoke, citrus, green pepper, a touch of pineapple.

We knew those notes would sit well in the sauce we’d been building.

- Jalapeños for soft heat.
- Charred onion and garlic for sweetness and body.
- Lime to keep it bright and clean.

The mezcal brings a light, smoky note that balances the brightness of the sauce.

You know what this is perfect for.

Rebrand.

This was never part of the plan, but after 6 years it started to feel like the right thing to do.

We’d built the brand over that time, so the idea of changing it — or effectively starting again — was mildly stressful, to put it lightly.

But going through it, it ended up being a really useful way of figuring out what was actually working and what wasn’t.

We kept the parts that mattered. The colour, the wax, the way we approach flavour. The things people had come to recognise.

Everything else got stripped back.

The illustration was probably the biggest shift.�We’d used heavily illustrated labels for so long that doing more of the same didn’t feel right, so we went the other way.

It ended up feeling less like a rebrand, and more like a refinement, where what’s left is what was always there.

Christmas complete ❄️🎄

Huge thanks to every single one of you for your orders over the past month — everything has now been collected and should be landing with you next Monday.

A few straggler orders that came in tonight will be packed and shipped tomorrow, well in time for the Royal Mail Christmas cut-off.
The response to our PX Sherry & Chipotle BBQ has been unreal, and we can’t wait to hear what you all think once it’s been cracked open.
