What can I say except THANK YOU to all you lovely hungry people for another fantastic day!

The sun was shining, the wind (my unpaid staff member 🤭) was helping by blowing the aroma of our food all around Leith! 😂🌬️

We SOLD OUT of all our food! And our most popular box of the day was 10 Thali Graze Boxes, which is just wow!!

Thank you for having us again ! We’ll be back on 2nd October 🗓️🥰

🌶️ DESI GRAZE BOX ARE BRINGING THE SPICE! 🌶️

Because let’s face it… self-care isn’t always facials, massages and meditation. Sometimes it’s a box of Punjabi street food absolutely smothered in homemade chutney. 🤤🔥

We’re delighted to welcome Desi Graze Box to The Self Care Collective!

This family-run business serves up incredible vegetarian Punjabi street food, freshly prepared and packed FULL of flavour.

On the menu you could find:

🥟 Samosas & pakoras
🔥 Aloo tikki
🧀 Paneer pakoras
🏴 Haggis vuhrae
🍚 Vegetable pilau with Punjabi curries including channa masala, paneer tikka masala & tadka daal
🤤 Samosa chaat

And THEN come the homemade chutneys…

🌿 Mint
🥭 Sweet chilli mango
🌶️ Chilli pineapple
🤎 Imli

Seriously… how good does that sound?!

Wash it all down with their own beautifully blended masala chai, and keep your eyes peeled for traditional Punjabi sweet treats including gulab jamun, gajrela and halwa too.

Good food = good mood, and sometimes treating yourself to something absolutely delicious is exactly the kind of self-care you need. ❤️

So, we’re getting things prepped for tomorrow’s pop-up at Leith Walk Police Box !! 😍

11.30am-5pm, or until sellout!

We’re bringing all our favourites. Pakoras, samosas, samosa chaat, vegetable pilau with channa masala, masala chai, our array of homemade chutneys and something with paneer (which I’m still deciding 🤭🤪😅)

You can pre-order a box of food or pick something up in person.

OMG, what an absolutely brilliant day it was!! 🤎

We sold out of everything by 2pm, which is just incredible! Sadly, we had so many gluten-free and coeliac customers who missed out on our pakoras, we'll definitely need to make more next time! 😅

We’re honestly overwhelmed by how much love we received from all of our new customers. So much amazing feedback and so many lovely comments about the food. And the warmest welcome from the organisers and other traders too. 🥰

Thank you so much for having us. We’re definitely looking forward to joining you guys again! 🤎

An absolute blast at yesterday's market at ! 💛

Thanks so much to all you hungry folk who came by for our food. Ever so grateful!!

We had a special item for the day, gulab jamun! We SOLD OUT of these, which was just brilliant! Did you try one? What did you think? 🟤🤎

We also had a request for gajrela (carrot pudding) might have to make it for our next market! 🥕👀

And I came home with lots of goodies too, a little business swap! (It's basically free when you swap food for food, right? Hehe 😂)
