oking ventures started with simple dishes made just for her family, eventually, she filled her gastronomic portfolio with an array of delights and began sharing them with close friends. As more and more people continued to praise her home-cooking, Michael (Mama Beh’s son), was inspired to share the diverse food culture his mother had created in their home, with the rest of Edinburgh. Thus, was born our family-run business. At Mama Beh’s, we have a philosophy of total transparency.
