**Job Description:**
As a Front of House Staff member, you'll be an essential part of our team, responsible for handling various tasks to ensure smooth operations. Your duties will include:
- Taking phone orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and providing excellent customer service.
- Packing orders efficiently and accurately to fulfill customer requests.
- Coordinating with delivery drivers to assign orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front of house area.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
