Hello everyone

Thank you so much to our lovely customers for the cards and flowers you brought last night. They truly mean more to me than I can put into words. 🤍

Today will be the last day the shop is open. I’ll be open from 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM, with delivery available from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

Please don’t ask me if I feel sad about closing this shop—because the answer is yes. Deep in my heart, I feel something strange, something I can’t quite explain. Maybe it’s because I’m Thai and a bit too sensitive when it comes to moments like this 🥹

I’ve been with this shop for almost three years. From the beginning, when I created recipes for chefs to follow while I stood at the front talking with customers, to the moment I decided to cook everything myself—because I wanted every dish to be exactly the way I envisioned it. I’ve been truly happy in my own way.

Today is the final day I open this shop. As I step into the next chapter of my life, I hope my lovely customers will continue to support and encourage me—by stopping by to say hello, waving at me, and sharing a smile whenever we meet again.

P.S. In the future, I’ll still be sharing my recipes and teaching everyone how to cook authentic Thai food the way Thai people truly eat it—but of course, you can adjust the spiciness to your own taste 😁 Keep your eyes on my facebook.

Hello, everyone I will post a reminder for myself and everyone for every day until I close down. From Wednesday, 17 December 2025 until Sunday, 4 January, we would like to announce the permanent closure of our takeaway.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all our lovely customers for your continued support over 996 days, including day off & holidays. Your kindness has meant more to us than words can say.

You can continue to follow us on this same page, where I will be sharing and teaching everyone how to cook Thai food, with each dish tasting just like the ones I used to prepare and sell for you.

Lastly, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every customer who has supported us throughout our journey.

There are 15 operating days remaining before we close.
Our closing schedule is as follows, up to 4 January 2026:
• Closed every Monday and Tuesday
• Closed on Christmas Day, 25 December 2025
• Closed on New Year’s Day, 1 January 2026

Today I’d like to write this post in Thai style — and if my English isn’t perfect or a bit hard to understand, I’m truly sorry. ❤️

Last Friday night, I felt so proud. A lovely Thai lady came to dine at my restaurant with her Scottish husband, who had no idea that there was a Thai restaurant here (even though I’ve been here for over two years now! 😆).

He looked at the menu and ordered a few dishes. Then the Thai lady asked me,

“Do you cook Thai food just for Thai people? It’s too authentic for the British! 🤣”

She said both the menu and the flavours were exactly like what you’d find in Thailand — the kind that only Thai people usually eat. She told me, “Please keep the flavours just like this. It’s hard to find real Thai taste abroad.”
She said she’ll definitely come back whenever she’s nearby. Her words really made my day. 💛

And this isn’t the first time I’ve heard something like this. Some people have told me that in Thai traveller groups on Facebook, those who’ve eaten here always recommend my place as a must-try for real Thai food in the UK! 🇹🇭

I wanted to share this post because honestly, I don’t know how much longer I’ll be able to keep my restaurant going. Everything has become so expensive, and times are tough. But through it all, for more than two years since I first opened, I’ve been through so much — and deep in my heart, I’ve been truly happy.

My customers are so lovely. I love every one of them. Some give feedback, some give compliments — and at first, I used to feel sad or discouraged when I faced difficult situations: people walking out without paying, pretending to forget, or even finishing their meal and asking for a refund while threatening to post bad things online. I’ve faced it all.

But I’ve also learned so much about running a restaurant here. Some customers have stood by me and supported me from the beginning. Some still order from me almost every week. I try to remember everyone, and it makes me so happy when they walk by, wave, or stop in just to say hello. Those little moments mean so much to me.

Friendship and kindness like that are truly precious.

So today, and every day, I’ll keep doing my very best.

Stir-fried vegetables with chili paste — a traditional Thai dish. If you order over £45, you’ll get this dish for free. It’s not on the menu because I can’t control how spicy it gets, so I decided to leave it out. But if you love intense heat, you’ll definitely enjoy it. * Be warned — this one’s fiery hot!

In the future, I think it won’t be long before I start sharing how to make real Thai food with my friends on Facebook — cooking for real, delicious just like what everyone orders at my restaurant. But for now, I still hope everyone will keep ordering from my restaurant first! 🥹 please

I’ll make the dishes in a home-style way, just like what families eat together. Everyone is welcome to ask me how to cook — I’ll tell you everything, free of charge. The only exception is if I have to go teach you at your house and there are some things I need to buy and bring for you.

But right now, the problem is that I’m learning how to edit videos and set up the camera. It’s even harder 😫 than when I studied politics and government at university in Thailand. I know it’s not related to cooking at all, but I really have to thank my mom — she taught me how to cook, starting from helping her with small things until I could cook like I do today♥️💚. …I really feel sorry for myself. Thank you 🙏

This year, Ryan Wright, Stuart Mathew Walker, and Joseph Jamieson are taking on an incredible journey — cycling over 3,000 km from Zen in Mallorca (our restaurant) to The Torfin in Edinburgh (our sister restaurant).
