Lind & Lime Gin A benchmark London Dry Gin produced in Edinburgh by the Port of Leith Distillery Company, with juniper at its core, fresh lime peel and pink peppercorns.

The first spirit from the Port of Leith Distillery is now in development, soon to be produced from our Tower Street Stillhouse. September means one thing around here: it’s Negroni season 🍊

This month, try yours with a twist of Mediterranean sunshine. Our new Valencia Orange gin amplifies the natural citrus notes in a Negroni and softens out the bitter.

Equal parts gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. Pour over ice, stir, and add a curl of orange peel.

Simple but sophisticated, and absolutely delicious. Go on, you deserve it 🥃

The second expression in The Grand Voyage has arrived.

Valencia Orange captures the softer, sweeter character of organic Valencia oranges while staying true to the signature balance that defines Lind & Lime Gin. It’s a fresh interpretation of the original, with Ross our Head of Gin reworking the botanical recipe to create something unmistakably Lind & Lime, with a distinctly Mediterranean feel.

Inspired by Leith’s history as a port of discovery, The Grand Voyage explores exceptional citrus varieties from around the world.

Pour Valencia Orange with plenty of ice, Mediterranean tonic and a slice of orange, or enjoy it in a spritz or negroni.

Our home of Leith has its place in the story of the Gimlet, so it is a drink we are always glad to return to. Rose’s Lime cordial was first produced here, though our signature serve takes a fresher route. It is always a good time for a gimlet, but with brighter evenings and the weekend beginning to show itself, it feels especially well placed.

50ml Lind & Lime Gin
25ml fresh lime juice
Sugar syrup, to taste

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Cheers! 🍋‍🟩
