Lind & Lime Gin Lind & Lime is Leith’s exquisite, international award-winning London Dry Gin. Miles away from the everyday. We've done the same with our gin.

With bold juniper, fresh lime peel, and a hint of pink peppercorns, it is crisp, balanced, and intensely refreshing. The first spirit from the Port of Leith Distillery is now in development, soon to be produced from our Tower Street Stillhouse. Now that autumn has well and truly arrived, we’re leaning into cosier serves and richer flavours 🍂

This Sunday is your last chance to join our Leith Walking Tour! ⚓️

Starting at Lind & Lime and finishing at Port of Leith, the tour takes you through the streets and stories that shaped this port - merchants, sailors, dockers and distillers, and the landmarks they left behind. Along the way you’ll take in boats, buildings, and beautiful scenery, tracing Leith’s working waterfront from past to present.

Our wonderful guide Isobel has led the tour all summer, in rain or shine, and this one’s her last for the year. It finishes at Port of Leith Distillery Bar with a tall drink and views out over the water - a proper Sunday outing ☀️

The humble Negroni - we’re fans of all her forms 🍊

Classic, bianco, sbagliato (with prosecco in it). Delicious short or long, fruity or bitter, endlessly adaptable, simple to make, and easy to enjoy.

Over the last few years we’ve had a lot of fun coming up with different recipes for you to make at home, seeing the drinks dreamed up by Port of Leith Distillery Bar, collaborating on menus with our favourite bars, bottling the white strawberry Negroni with Hey Palu, designing posters and pin badges, and drinking a fair few ourselves.

There’s one format we haven’t tried yet - can you guess what it is?

September means one thing around here: it’s Negroni season 🍊

This month, try yours with a twist of Mediterranean sunshine. Our new Valencia Orange gin amplifies the natural citrus notes in a Negroni and softens out the bitter.

Equal parts gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. Pour over ice, stir, and add a curl of orange peel.

Simple but sophisticated, and absolutely delicious. Go on, you deserve it 🥃
