UNKNOWNITALY is an Italian retail company located in Stockbridge, specializing in providing genuine and artisanal-made Italian food. We also operate at farmers' markets on weekends, offering our customers a taste of Italy's culinary treasures.
Position: Sales assistant
Hours: 20-25 hours per week, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with rotation when required, plus occasional weekday shifts to cover absences and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in-store, providing information about our products, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience.
- Supporting the preparation and service of products in physical retail channels.
- Operating at farmers' markets
Requirements:
- Passion for Italian cuisine and artisanal food products.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Availability to work on a flexible schedule if needed.

Compensation:
