His top tip? Always slice your meat against the grain. It shortens the muscle fibres, making every bite more tender and enjoyable – and it works on everything from steak to a Sunday roast.

Everything you can see in our dry-age fridge will be matured for at least 40 days – or as long as you want. Just let us know and get ready for a meal to remember!
