Distilled in 1995 at the historic Miltonduff Distillery near Elgin, this elegant Speyside single malt has spent over three decades evolving into something truly remarkable.

Initially matured in bourbon hogsheads, it was later elevated through a carefully considered marriage of Pedro Ximénez Sherry and Margaux wine casks — adding layers of richness, depth, and refined complexity.

🌊🔥Bechmark: Ledaig🔥🌊

Smoky, coastal, and unmistakably Hebridean — this is peat with personality.

From the Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull, this heavily peated Ledaig single malt was distilled in 2009 and matured for 16 years. It began its journey in bourbon barrels before a final flourish in Quinta dos Frades red wine barriques from Portugal’s Douro Valley.

Back by popular demand—and still every bit as special 🥃

After being crowned Best New Event at Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival 2025, Drams from the Archives returned this year at Dallas Dhu Distillery… and once again it was a truly unforgettable experience.

Guests stepped back in time on an access-all-areas tour through the beautifully preserved Victorian distillery before settling into the old maltings for a masterclass exploring five historic Dallas Dhu drams from the 1970s and 1980s.

Rare whisky, incredible stories, and the unique atmosphere of Dallas Dhu made this one of the standout events of the festival once again.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it another award-worthy year 👏
