I made this cake a while back for a friend and though the design was a little out of my comfort zone I feel like it came out so cute!

Lemon and blueberry cake sponges layered between blueberry cream and lemon curd!

I’ll be selling super fun ‘Henna’ cakes! You can create your own Henna inspired cake using delicious chocolate ganache as well as other optional cake decorations! Create one at the event or take it home to enjoy with the family before Eid! 🌙🎉

Edinburgh Bakes turns 2!!

Happy birthday to meeeee! When I set this business up in 2024 I was set back massively with health issues and never thought I’d be able to pick the business up again.

But with the support of my beautiful friends and family, and total strangers online, I’ve been able to achieve so much in the last year.

I’m truly grateful for every single order, workshop attendee, online engagement and every other conversation I’ve had with folk about baking! It’s so beautiful to see a community form around a passion of mine so Alhamdulillah for everything 💕

I can’t wait to see what the next year brings (hopefully more workshops and wedding cakes!!) 🧁

Loved making this simple but standout black and white cookies and cream cake! Vanilla and chocolate chip sponge with a cookie and cream filling decorated with a lovely vintage design and finished off with lustre spray! ❤️
