After the fun and freedom of Summer it can sometimes be hard to get back into any sort of routine.

With more lie ins, iced teas, holidays and eating at random times, when September comes along it can be a bit of a shock. All of a sudden we’re back to alarms, laptops and continuous kettle boiling.

So this week, we’re thinking about one small ritual worth getting right again: your tea.
