Last week we had the privilege of hosting Faouzi from Domaine des Tourelles the Bekaa Valkey 🇱🇧

Aside from a stunning final product, their range stands out for use of indigenous natural yeasts, no fining or filtering, and only very small amounts of sulphur. These techniques along with fruit from 40 hectares of ancient, organically cultivated and dry-farmed vineyards give their w**es an incredible Character and sense of Terroir. Worth checking out if you haven’t already!!

Thank you for Faouzi for your time, and Kudos to our Clare for organising some fantastic events! Check out their w**es at our fair on the 14th of November - TICKETS LINK https://www.greatgrog.co.uk/fairs/ 🎟️
