A great haul from today’s morning haggis hunt… our biggest catch of the day was a 1.25kg haggis, a darker punchier cousin originating from Norfolk… we got really lucky and managed to also catch an extremely rare 450g haggis and then the final catch of the day was a veggie haggis

Great to pop in and have a sit down proper catch up with and Mario whilst snacking on some banging charcuterie all made in house. On the plate was belted galloway bresaola, large black coppa and cured rib cap. Followed by a wee trip downstairs to Jake’s happy place eg the curing room. Awesome to see all the different cuts of beef and pork with breed labels curing, some for a couple of weeks up to over a year depending on the cut and all harvested when ready to use on the menu 🫶🫶🫶very proud to supply with some fantastic products
