We thought everybody loved a Cullen Skink! How can you not? A traditional Scottish dish that is understatedly sexy.

When we decided to put this dish on the menu a few of our team had said they never liked one.... How!? Our answer... you've not tried this!

So here it is, our creme de la creme of Cullen Skink - the secrets in the sauce!
