NEW FORMS: MOSCATEL SHERRY CASK

Sweet. Aromatic. Transformative.

Finished for eight months in a 1st fill moscatel sherry hogshead, this New Forms release is the most overtly sweet of the three – and arguably the most transformative in the way it reshapes the spirit.

The spirit is drawn into a richer, more aromatic world of sugar and spice - think ripe stone fruit, burnt toffee, orange peels and piquant spice, with the malt still firmly at the core.

Bottled at natural cask strength 61.6% ABV, with just 345 bottles released.

Floral sweetness, fruit intensity, and textural depth without losing the underlying distillery character - this is not augmentation for its own sake – it is amplification.

NEW FORMS: FINO SHERRY CASK

Nutty. Saline. Structural.

The LDC spirit takes a very different direction after eight months in a 1st fill Fino sherry hogshead.

Think candied lemon peels, ripe nectarines and peach blossom, alongside toasted porridge and brown butter. On the palate, bright citrus and tropical fruit meet white pepper, clove and toasted oak, with just a touch of salinity.

Bottled at natural cask strength 61.4% ABV, with just 347 bottles released.

Fino doesn’t overwhelm the LDC spirit - it completely reshapes it - bringing tension, precision and a deliciously savoury edge to our fruity spirit.

NEW FORMS: EX-BOURBON CASK

Bright. Rich. Seriously characterful.

Twelve months in a first-fill ex-bourbon cask has brought a whole new side of London Distillery Company’s spirit to life.

Think honey on buttered toast, ripe banana, sweet lemon zest and tropical pineapple. On the palate: buttery caramel meets warming cinnamon, bitter lemon and rich, charred oak. Then comes the finish: fresh banana, tart green apple and lingering oak and char.

Bottled at cask strength 60.7% ABV, with just 222 bottles released.

This is the most direct expression of the LDC spirit in the New Forms Collection - where the cask doesn’t cover the character. It just turns the volume up.
