🌟 Cookery Workshop Assistant Wanted 🌟

I'm looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking Cookery Workshop Assistant (18+) to help at my Cook Academy Kids Cooking Camp at St George's School, Edinburgh next week.

📅 Dates: Tuesday 28th, Wednesday 29th & Thursday 30th July
🕙 Hours: 10.00am–2.30pm each day
💷 Good rates of pay
🥪 Lunch included!

I'm looking for someone who:
👩‍🍳 Is aged 18 or over
🍴 Has experience working in a food or catering environment
👧 Has experience working with children
😊 Is friendly, reliable, proactive and happy to get stuck in
🧼 Is confident helping with food preparation, supervising children and keeping the kitchen organised

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone studying hospitality, food, nutrition, teaching or childcare, or anyone who enjoys cooking and inspiring young people in the kitchen.

As my assistant, you'll help children build confidence, learn new skills and have lots of fun creating delicious dishes over the three days.

Looking for a fun, hands-on activity to keep the kids busy during the summer holidays?

There are still a few spaces available on my Kids' Cooking Camps at St George's School, Murrayfield on 28th, 29th & 30th August.

Designed for children aged 9–14, these relaxed, practical sessions are all about building confidence in the kitchen while having lots of fun. Throughout the day we'll make delicious dishes from scratch, learn essential cooking skills and enjoy everything we've created together for lunch.

Whether your child already loves cooking or is keen to learn, they'll leave with new skills, recipes and plenty of confidence to recreate them at home.

And this year, we have a fantastic new venue - the brand-new, state-of-the-art Food Technology Suite at St George's School, Edinburgh.

Designed for young food lovers aged 9–14, these fun, hands-on cooking camps are all about building confidence in the kitchen, learning practical skills and having lots of fun along the way.

Hi all,

Just a quick heads up that I’ve just posted lots of lovely new dates for my ever-popular sourdough bread & pizza workshops.

As always, these are small classes (never more than four attendees) in my home kitchen in Cramond.

You’ll learn how to make bakery-quality sourdough bread and pizzas with me, and we also make and eat delicious pizzas for lunch on the day 🍕. You’ll head home with a jar of my organic starter, a freshly baked loaf, plus all the skills you need to start making amazing bread and pizza at home.
