With food costs rising, making the most of affordable, sustainable ingredients matters more than ever. This new hands-on family workshop is all about building confidence and practical skills you can use at home.

Taking place on Sunday 5th July in the Scottish Venison Cookery Theatre, families will transform Scottish venison into a vibrant Middle Eastern–inspired flatbread feast, making soft flatbreads from scratch, preparing a fragrant spiced filling and mixing a fresh tzatziki to finish.

Along the way, you’ll cover essential skills including dough making, safe knife techniques, balancing spices and cooking venison mince for maximum flavour and juiciness.

I've just opened up new dates for my Sourdough Bread & Pizza Workshops starting this August – and I'm giving you (my friends & followers!) early access before I share them more widely 🍞✨

These are small, hands-on workshops (max 4 people), perfect if you’ve always wanted to master sourdough at home or level up your pizza game. I only run 2–3 workshops a month, so spaces always go fast!
