Ham and mushroom with added burrata - a custom order I had to try myself and it bangs

Imo a bigger crime or controversy than pineapple on pizza (which shouldn’t be controversial at all) is raw mushrooms on pizza. Frying them off beforehand takes 10mins and makes them taste 10x better

Thanks again for everyone ordering last night! I’m not sure when the next popup will be but hopefully we’ll get a few more in before winter
