He has a high level of cuisine knowledge and practical expertise, covering French, British, European and International techniques. Having worked in all sectors of the business from Maitre D' to Head Chef, running events for more than 1000 guests, Chef Hervé is now available as a Private Chef throughout Scotland and Europe.

40 years ago today I started to work with my dad in Hotel catering at the Nova Park Hôtel in Paris Champs Élysées. My first worker coffee at Porte de Vincennes in a bistro then took the metro to work to start at 7am for the mise en place of the 9 bars. It was yesterday. Merci Papa, Merci Chef XX
