Today’s a big day at ECC — Kirsty is officially passing the salami baton to Ysabel ❤️
After nearly three brilliant years, Kirsty is heading off to focus full‑time on her own business, BLUDGE, and we couldn’t be prouder. She’s been an absolute joy to work with and has become such a good pal along the way. We’ll miss her hugely, but we’re so excited for her next chapter — she’s built something really special.
And now… meet Ysabel. Some of you have already chatted to her at markets, or about wholesale orders. Like the rest of us at ECC, she’s creative, experienced, full of good energy — and she’s from one of our favourite places in the world: God’s Own Country (AKA Yorkshire!) She’s been training with Kirsty all summer and is more than ready to take the baton and run with it.
Here’s to Kirsty, to Ysabel, and to the next chapter of our tiny team. Thanks for being part of it ❤️
