Not for everyone… but if you love a proper steak, cold-smoked steak takes it to another level.
We’ve taken beautiful Dry aged sirloin steaks and slowly cold smoked them over oak for hours, giving the beef a deep, subtle smoky flavour without overpowering the steak.
All that’s left for you to do is get the pan or BBQ screaming hot and cook it exactly how you like it.
Something a wee bit different, we have some of these available now in Buckie or can arrange collection from Elgin.

Fresh, Local & Full of Flavour!
We’re delighted to have fresh free-range eggs from Brackla Farm, Nairn in both stores.
You really can notice the difference compared with your typical supermarket egg — beautiful rich orange yolks, noticeably fresh and absolutely delicious. 🍳
Another fantastic local product we’re proud to have on the shelves, supporting local producers and bringing you quality produce from closer to home.

Another lovely Monday morning 😎
It must be said… the veg is looking pretty fantastic! 🥕🥦🥔🍅
It’s great to have some brilliant local suppliers helping us keep things local whenever we can. Fresh, colourful and absolutely bursting with quality — the veg display is certainly looking the part!
Plenty of fresh tatties, seasonal veg, salad favourites and all the essentials available in store.
Pop in for your meat and get the veg for dinner at the same time — one less stop on the way home!
