CHRISTIES BUTCHER IS HITTING THE ROAD!

CULLEN FARMERS MARKET – TOMORROW! 🎉

Well, the time has finally come! Our new Christies Mobile Butcher Shop is heading out for its very first outing tomorrow at Cullen Farmers Market!

Tomorrow will be a bit of a test run for us, giving us the chance to put everything through its paces, make sure all the equipment is working as it should and iron out any little teething problems before we officially hit the road!

We'll be bringing along a selection of our quality meats, butcher's favourites and some of the fantastic products you know and love from Christies.

🚐 What's next?

Once we're happy everything is running smoothly, we'll be finalising our regular routes and bringing Christies Butcher to towns and villages across Moray!

Our aim is simple – to bring a proper traditional butcher shop right to your doorstep, with the same quality, service and friendly faces you'd expect in our shops.

ELGIN… THERE’S DEFINITELY A CHILL IN THE AIR THIS MORNING!

It’s shaping up to be a cracking Saturday morning!

The counters are absolutely packed!

I think we might finally be getting to that time of year when the BBQ tongs get hung up and the slow cooker comes back out of the cupboard!

And there’s nothing quite like a proper home cooked meal when the weather starts turning!

BEEF OLIVES FOR ME TODAY!

Proper traditional beef olives, slowly cooked in a rich gravy with onions and carrots, served with creamy mashed tatties. Now that’s what I call comfort food!

Whether it’s a hearty casserole, a Sunday roast, steak pie or something for the slow cooker, we’ve got plenty of inspiration waiting for you in the shop!

We’re really excited to be bringing Christie’s Butcher to Keith and adding another shop to the Christie’s family!

We’re also busy sorting out our pages so that each of our shops — Elgin, Buckie & Keith — along with the Christie’s Mobile Shop, will have their own dedicated page.

That means you’ll be able to follow your local Christie’s for shop-specific offers, new products, opening times and all the latest news, while this main Christie’s page will continue to keep everyone up to date with what’s happening across the whole business.

This has been in the planning for a long time, and we’re delighted to finally share it!
At Christies, we’re proud to be a business rooted in tradition, community and good old-fashioned service. We also know that for many people, getting out and about isn’t always as easy as it used to be.

THE BUTCHER VAN IS RETURNING TO MORAY!
But this isn’t just a butcher van — it’s a mobile shop you can actually step inside and have a look around. We’re planning to stock, Fresh meat & butcher favourites, Fresh vegetables, Milk, Bread & bakery, Pies, Our homemade ready meals and everyday essentials
All brought closer to your doorstep with the friendly, personal service you’d expect from Christies.

And this means one very important thing… you can now enjoy our mouth-watering, home-cured bacon tucked inside a superb Maclean’s Morning Roll. Now that’s a proper bacon roll! 🤤🥓
