Absolutely blown away by the support from the people of Elgin since becoming Christies. Last Saturday, we finally opened our new store in Buckie. "Soft launch," we said... but once again we were overwhelmed by the incredible support from the Buckie community.
There have been a few teething problems along the way, but everyone has been so patient and understanding, and we promise we'll keep improving. You were all great craic, and we can't thank you enough for the warm welcome.
Our staff are the real heroes. The incredible teams in both stores have worked tirelessly to make this happen, and I'm hugely grateful to be supported by such strong, dedicated, and hardworking people.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far. We're excited for what comes next and look forward to serving the communities of Elgin and Buckie for many years to come. ❤️

CHRISTIES BUTCHER BUCKIE IS OPENING THIS SATURDAY
We’re excited to finally open the doors to our new Buckie location this Saturday for a soft launch at Christies Butcher!
📍 13–15 West Church Street, Buckie
This first week is all about giving our new team the chance to settle in, get familiar with the equipment, and learn the Christies way — delivering the quality, service, and experience we’re proud to stand behind.
🕗 Opening Hours
Monday – Saturday
8am – 5pm
We’ll be trialling these hours to begin with, and if there’s enough interest in late night shopping or earlier mornings, we’ll definitely look at making it happen.
We’d love for you to come down, say hello, and support us as we begin this exciting new chapter in Buckie. If you pop in, let us know what you think — and if there’s anything new you’d like to see, we’re always happy to hear your ideas.
Our official Grand Opening will take place on Saturday 6th June, with plenty of tasters, special offers, and a great atmosphere in store! 🥩🔥
