I sat down over the weekend in the studio with Conor Stewart, founder of Beet This Sauce and recorded it..

I must warn you, this episode gets deep at points.

We went into great detail around mental health, business, addiction and how all of those things tie together.

My goal here is not to change the world. It's to simply change the world for 1 person, if I can do that through sharing a little bit about my life and struggles and hear about Conor's life and struggles - then it's a job well done.
