It's International Coffee Day, so we’re looking back to when we explored a little further with a Tiramisu Cocktail, created in collaboration with a coffee shop in China.

Inspired by the rich, indulgent flavours of the much-loved dessert, with Glen Moray Classic at its heart, it’s a meeting of wh**ky, coffee and a little creativity from across the world.

It’s the age of our oldest core range expression - and this year, it also marks 21 years of Iain Allan at Glen Moray.

Born and brought up in Elgin, Iain knows Speyside like home - because it is. From the stories behind our distillery to the influence a cask can have on every drop, there isn’t much about Glen Moray he can’t tell you.

For 21 years, he’s taken that knowledge around the world as our Global Brand Ambassador, sharing our spirit of cask exploration through masterclasses, wh**ky fairs and countless conversations over a dram.

And when he’s back home? You’ll find him sharing those stories with curious visitors here at the distillery.
