Join us at Gullane Food & Drink Festival for an immersive tasting and rum experience, exploring how we’re shaping rum in Scotland.

From locally sourced botanicals to seawater distillation and unexpected ingredients, this is flavour with intent. You’ll hear the thinking, see it in action, and taste it for yourself.

A lot of rum arrived in Fife quietly.

In the 1700s, boats slipped into harbours like Limekilns and Culross under cover of darkness.
Cargo landed. No paperwork. No questions.

From there it travelled inland to towns like Dunfermline.

Rum has been finding its way here for centuries.

Now it’s a little less secretive.

One name is pulled at random from our list at the end of the month. A bottle follows the current direct to their door.

Last night’s team get-together took us into good hands at in Edinburgh.

One of the group, already playing with confidence.

Candied chorizo that vanished far too quickly. The whipped feta wipes the floor. And we’re still arguing about who stole the last piece of pork belly.

And then the Pickle Me Pink cocktail. Oooft.

Pickled grapes. Bright, sharp, slightly unhinged.
Exactly how we like it.
