As part of our work with the Fair Work Charter, we were selected as a case study for best practice in inclusive legal practice and policy development.

The result is now live: a short film showcasing our approach to co-operative working and what it means for how we organise, support our people, and build fairer workplaces.

It also highlights something we see every day: inclusive practices aren’t just “nice to have” - they help improve productivity, strengthen retention, and make organisations more attractive to folks looking for their next opportunity.

Around 1 in 100 people in the UK have coeliac disease, but an estimated 64% remain undiagnosed, meaning over half a million people could be living with symptoms without knowing the cause. Today is the start of Coeliac Awareness Week, and throughout May, Coeliac UK is asking an important question: “Is it coeliac disease?”

Coeliac disease can have a huge impact on day-to-day life, but getting diagnosed is the first step towards feeling better and living well. By raising awareness of the symptoms and encouraging people to take Coeliac UK’s free online self-assessment, more people can feel confident taking that first step towards a diagnosis.
