Release #6 - coming very soon 🥃

27/09/2024

The 5th addition to our exclusive range: the Caol Ila 17 Year Old (2007), an extraordinary single cask release that embodies the artistry and craftsmanship of Islay’s most iconic distillery. Limited to just 273 bottles.

From its non-chill filtered, natural colour to its cask strength bottling at 56.0% ABV, this release captures the raw beauty of Caol Ila. Expect soft peat smoke mingling with smoky bacon, a touch of briny salt, and sweet heather honey. Vanilla oak from the cask adds warmth and depth to the bouquet, setting the stage for a palate bursting with flavour. The wh**ky delivers a perfect balance of peppery spice, ginger heat, and luxurious notes of dark chocolate, cocoa, and fresh ground coffee.
