Below are a few tips to help you get the best from your veg:
Use the tatties with pinkish skin for roasting. These are Kerrs Pink, a lovely dry potato which will crisp up well when roasted.
The white potatoes are Premiere. These will boil and mash well, but are also good for any other use as well.
We recommenced leaving the earth on the root veg as long as possible. And leave the sprouts on their stem. This helps keep them in their best condition until it's time to use them.
Store them in a dark, cool environment, like a garage if possible, but avoid them getting frozen.
