From choosing the right cut to understanding where it’s come from, how it’s been aged, and the best way to cook it, he’s always happy to talk you through it.

He’s the one behind the dry ageing, the cutting, the prep and the finishing touches, taking carefully sourced produce from trusted farms and getting it ready for the counter, the kitchen, and your plate.

Frank’s Farm is a 4th generation family farm, named after Frank Davison, who bought the farm 100 years ago. Back then, farms were at the heart of their communities, places for fresh food, good people and seasonal gatherings.

That’s the feeling we’re bringing back.
