This week hosted a 'Graduate Graduation' for our graduates that have recently moved off our 2-year Graduate Scheme.

A huge congratulations to Arthur, Tristan and Fred on successfully completing their programme with G's! 🥬

Over the past 2-years, they have embraced new challenges, developed valuable skills, and made a positive contribution across our business. We are incredibly proud of their hard work, commitment, and achievements throughout their journey.

Last night’s debate explored one of the biggest questions facing our future: Can farming deliver for climate, nature and food? 🌍🌱🍽️

As part of G’s Big Job #5, we welcomed an inspiring panel of speakers - Lucy Harler, Julius Joel, Ben Taylor-Davis, Ian Robertson and Max Fox - who shared valuable insights on the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of sustainable farming.

We also handed the floor to some of our incredible Early Careers, who took ownership of a series of short debate topics, presenting their arguments in front of the group before a group vote decided the winners. 🗣️🏆

A brilliant evening of thought-provoking discussion, collaboration and fresh perspectives - highlighting the passion and talent driving the future of our industry.

Our annual People Conference took place this week with over 700 teams members hearing updates from across the business, while we celebrated our unsung heroes and held our first ever Value awards. Each year, our conference centres on one of our five G's values. And this year's theme, Quality, shone bright in pink!🩷
We were also inspired by author and presenter Matthew Syed to think differently, and treated to a table tennis masterclass as he took on team members.
