We have just been sent these photos by a customer who brought one of our 4 week aged Hereford briskets, his been smoking it all night, it has a few hours left before it is ready, then it will need to rest before they get to enjoy!

We are set up and ready for the Wilbrahams' Food & Craft Fair, we have Christmas order forms with us, please just ask for one as it's too windy to display them.

The shop is always open till 4pm today.

We are so excited to welcome Ben to the team, who will be spending most of his time working his magic in the kitchen.

Ben has a real passion for the art of fermentation and Japanese cuisine, and shares our belief that great food starts with good ingredients and knowing where they come from. Expect to see lots more homemade, delicious and interesting goodies making their way onto the shelves.
