I’m pleased to announce that I’ll have a stall at this year’s Eel Day at Jubilee Gardens, Ely, from 11am-4pm on Saturday 2nd May.

Last year was a sell out - can we make this year even better? I’ll be back with more colourful salad boxes and some plant based treats.

Here’s the food from last week’s Banquet of Hope in Peterborough.

Cooking this food for such a wonderful group of people brought me so much joy.

I love working with to put on tasty snacks at her art workshops.

A few weeks ago I made cardamom buns, spiced Bombay rolls and rosemary pecan bars as well as a few gluten free treats for her beginners lino workshop.

In some states in the US South it’s traditional to serve Hoppin’ John stew on New Year’s Day. We’re a few days late but I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to make this delicious, hearty and warming stew for you.

Here’s what I’m cooking for delivery on Friday 9th January:

Wild Roots will return to Ely Museum on Sunday November 16 as part of The Big Draw 2025, the world’s largest celebration of drawing.

Have you enjoyed my supper clubs or deliveries? If so, here’s an opportunity for you to try my food in a different setting.

Join me from 2pm on Sunday 16th November at Ely Museum for an afternoon art and storytelling workshop with seasonal plant-based food and drink.

Wild Roots is a collaboration between local artist Lizzie Ault of Tales from the fen, storyteller Marianne Powell and myself.

Be inspired by Marianne’s live storytelling to draw, doodle, sketch or write - or just come to listen. Lizzie will be on hand to provide artist prompts. All materials provided. Suitable for beginners.

I’ll be providing a mixture of sweet and savoury seasonal snacks and drinks. Please email in advance to let me know of any dietary requirements.
